This was my first time here, and I can not say enough good things about the staff, especially Cade & Rachel! Most time when you go to the hospital they say your sick and kick you out not this team. They kept me until I said I was ready to go giving my fluids and medicine to help me get better and even offered for me to stay a little longer to keep receiving medicine! They listened to and helped me when needed. Plus there was no wait time! The staff were amazing. My nurse was Amanda and Dr. Muniz’s I couldn’t have asked for a better time! If ever hospital would follow there examples they would be rated 4.9 just like them! Awesome work guys and I truly appreciated y’all’s patience with me being so sick! 😍 This is my one number place to go to now! Oh I don’t wanna leave out either the lady at the front desk was super sweet and made sure I got back fast!  Great job to you as well

From the very beginning, everyone was friendly, courteous, professional, and genuinely welcoming. The registration process was smooth, and I immediately felt that I was in good hands. The nursing staff was thorough and attentive during my evaluation. The doctor was very professional, and caring. And went out of his way to make sure the MRI tech was still be there to perform an MRI exam. I was also very impressed with the MRI tech. She even stayed late to do the MRI.  Every person I encountered treated us with kindness, respect, and professionalism. The entire facility was exceptionally clean and had a comfortable, welcoming environment. Even the thoughtful details, such as having snacks and drinks available, made the experience feel more comfortable and showed the level of care they put into their patients’ overall experience. I also want to give a special thank-you to Cade Wilson for recommending Red River ER & Hospital. I am extremely thankful for his recommendation and especially grateful that they have a Hero Program. Overall, my experience was outstanding from beginning to end. I would highly recommend Red River ER & Hospital to anyone in need of emergency or hospital care. In fact, I have already recommended them to several people and will continue to do so. It is wonderful to have such a professional, caring, and high-quality facility in our community!

Each staff member was extremely kind and were able to calm me down with conversation and were very attentive to what I was feeling. Every test was explained in detail.
